PRODUCT RETURN REPLACEMENT AND REFUND POLICY

 

Product Return & Replacement

All goods must be thoroughly inspected by the buyer at the time of delivery for quality and quantity satisfaction. Return and replacement for any product(s) shall only be considered for Damaged or Defective products.


Returns are accepted only,

  • If the size or the dimension of the ordered Product is not as specified in the order and is beyond tolerance limit (as per industry standard).
  • If the product delivered and product ordered is not same
  • If a packed Product delivered is found tampered with.
  • If it is found that received Products are defective or malfunctioning.
  • Materials or Products quality not matching with the manufacturer claims. (Note: In case, the materials need testing by third party agencies, all costs and effort to be borne by the buyer, including sending samples, testing charges and report collection) 

Product return without our knowledge will be sent back to the customer and we will not be able to process a replacement.


To qualify for a replacement, it is compulsory for the customer to send picture of broken or damage product incomplete or incorrect delivery, to the customer service team.

Product should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, invoices and documentations in proper condition and Products or Material should be UNUSED

Do not return products without making any correspondence with an AGPS representative through the above mentioned modes.

The returned item should reach us in the same condition without any damages. Final decision on whether a returned item will be retained by us or sent back to the customer shall be taken by AGPS ‘Quality Assurance Team’


Returns are NOT valid if:

  • Material or Product is used and tampered after received.
  • A Product is not properly installed or used as per manufacturer's guidelines/industry standards which resulted in damage or malfunctioning.
  • A return is not notified within 24 hours on receipt of delivery to support@buildbhai.com
  • Partial returns or leftovers of delivered Product are not accepted.



Conditions for refund:

Refund will be provided only in the following cases:

  • Buildbhai.com is not able to arrange for the ordered product.
  • The replacement for the same product is not available or in case.


A return or replacement request should be raised by a Buyer within 24 hours of delivery to support@buildbhai.com, and a replacement will be done within 3-7 days' time from raising of the replacement request by the Buyer through mSupply.com by the Supplier. This solely depends upon the availability of the Products at Supplier's end.



Order CANCELLATION & REFUND

Buyer can cancel your order only before the product has been shipped. Buyer entire order amount will be refunded.

But if the Buyer cancels the order after the order or part of the order has been dispatched from the warehouse or factory, the Buyer will be charged a cancellation charges up to 10% on the total order Value. This cancellation fee will be to cover the costs of transportation incurred due to such cancellation.

Order cannot be cancelled if ordered materials or products are customized to suit the buyer.

Once Buyer requests the cancellation of your order, it will take us a maximum of 1-2 business working days to cancel the order. Buyer will be notified of the same.


Partial Cancellations or Modifications

In case a Buyer wants to partially cancel some Products from the order placed before Shipping, the same needs to be notified to the customer care of buildbhai.com immediately and a new order has to be generated for the modified quantities.



Warranty or Guarantee

Any material or product or services that are available on the Website may or may not carry a warranty with it, unless explicitly given in writing to you. All materials that are available on the Website are provided "as is" and "as available" basis. Warranty of products sold through BuildBhai.com shall be in accordance with the terms of the Manufacture or Vendor. In case, material or products fails to perform as claimed or mentioned by the manufacturer or vendors specification. The buyer will test the materials with the third party agency, produce the test results to the vendor or manufacturer directly for such claims. All cost and effort for such testing purposes will be borne by the buyer.  In any circumstance, AGPS or any of its employees shall not be held responsible for any liability or claim arising from a breach in warranty of a product or services sold on the Website.
